Mondays:
6 to 7 pm Gentle Vinyasa Yoga
7:30 to 8:30 pm Pregnancy Yoga from 14 weeks.

Both classes will focus on breath and connection to ourselves and one another. Suitable for all levels of practice. It’s been a surprise and pleasure to note our level of comfort and connection on this online platform and have found a new groove! Our four weeks series’ are ongoing.
