Welcome to Full Circle Health
As an Acupuncturist, Yoga teacher and Childbirth educator my aim is to nourish, inform and assist you in discovering a deeper sense of wellbeing. Provided from our clinic in St Michael's in Sligo town are the physical treatments of Acupuncture, Cupping, Acupressure and Moxabustion~ all stemming from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our Yoga Classes, taught in Sligo town and the surrounding community in the Vinyasa style, are informed by Alignment Based and Anusara Yoga. Additionally, educational support such as Hypnobirthing childbirth classes and services to women during pregnancy are also offered in our clinic in Strandhill. See (babybloomclinic.com) for more information.
Originally from Pennsylvania and Asheville, North Carolina- Ireland has been my home since 2001. After a brief one year stay in Paris I moved to the west coast of this island many years ago. As my two children have aged, now 17 and 20, I’ve watched them -and the Sligo area- grow and transform.
Wishing you all health and happiness,
Lauren Ray Hensey
