Vinyasa translates as flow. During our classes we move dynamically and safely with our through our Yoga poses or Asanas.
In Vinyasa Yoga our movements are born from our breath. In a Vinyasa style yoga class you can expect all of the benefits of the physical postures as well as the strengthening and calming of the nervous system that is the gift of deep and conscious breathing.
The step by step approach of this level 1 Vinyasa class is perfect for those new to Yoga or for those of us that appreciate a slower paced, more informed practice. We work through standing, seated, supine postures as well as introduce the idea of Vinyasa, or flow, with breath as our link.

Where: Our classes meet at the Radisson Hotel in Ballinacar, Co. Sligo located on the road to Rosses Point. We use the Knocknarea room located on the second floor, above the main reception. This light, airy and carpeted room adds comfort to our practice.
I have tried a few different yoga classes, but after my first class with Lauren I knew this was the kind of class I was looking for. In every class we were encouraged, respected and challenged. Lauren exudes serenity and calmness, an inspiration to all her students. I have always left her class feeling elated and with a sense of calmness.
