Our classes are a comfortable mix of gentle strengthening and stretching with a focus on deep breathing- ideal for your changing body. With an aim to educate and empower you during your pregnancy, our Sligo based Yoga for Pregnancy classes offer you a relaxing way to enjoy your pregnancy and to prepare for your upcoming birth experience. Having used and taught Yoga throughout both pregnancies, I find it an honour to work with women in this phase.

What else you should know before joining:
- Classes are suitable from 14 weeks onwards
- You are asked to bring a mat. Bolsters and other supports will be provided.
- You are welcome and encouraged to ask questions, both privately and during class. This is a perfect time to be curious and receptive to your changing body. As a mother of two with many years of yoga practice, I still enjoy the changing nature of what it means to “do yoga.”
- I was with Lauren for over 5 months of my pregnancy doing yoga. Lauren made the class very relaxing and enjoyable and the classes definitely helped me along my pregnancy. Lauren was very encouraging and supportive and if needed she would give different exercises to suit individual needs. I also did the hypo-birthing classes and again I found these very beneficial. Lauren was very professional and clear in how she explained everything and she encouraged participation from the group which made the overall experience enjoyable. ~Clodagh
