Dear friends of the clinic,
We’re closing our doors as of tomorrow. I had wished to stay open, knowing the healing power of Chinese Medicine, but I no longer feel this is the right decision for my patients or the community at this time. There have been excellent results combining Western and Chinese Medicine to fight this virus and this should not be overlooked, but I no longer feel that I can offer this care free of risk. I wish you all the best of health; may you stay well and strong. Ensure enough water, Vit C, Vit D, Zinc ~ enough sleep, gentle kind stretching and sunshine. For those of you who enjoy using essential oils a steam of Thyme and Oregano can be very helpful. There are many ways we can support ourselves, our families and our communities right now through information and right action. It’s a hard decision as a practitioner but as a fellow Acupuncturist overseas pointed out “The patients who really need me right now also don’t need this virus”. Be well and I’ll be in touch with all who are booked in for the next few weeks. Big hugs (virtual!) and may this time of slowing down bring you something wonderful.
