Full Circle Yoga for Pregnancy Classes in Sligo
Our classes are a comfortable mix of gentle strengthening, stretching, and tension release for your changing body. With an aim to educate and empower you during your pregnancy, our Sligo based Yoga for Pregnancy course offers you a relaxing way to enjoy your pregnancy and to prepare for your upcoming birth experience. Having used and taught Yoga throughout both pregnancies, I find it an honour to work with women in this very unique time.
When: Our Yoga for Pregnancy classes are offered each Monday from 7:45pm to 8:50pm. For updated schedule information over the Summer months and school holidays please feel free to contact Lauren on 086 0863434 or have a look at our schedule page.
Where: Our classes meet at the Radisson Hotel in Ballinacar, Co. Sligo located on the road to Rosses Point. We use the Knocknarea room located on the second floor, above the main reception. This light, airy and carpeted room adds comfort to our practice.
How much: A six week series of classes is available for 70e. If you’re over 34 weeks and have previously attended a full six week course, drop in is permitted for a price of 14e per class.
What else you should know before joining:
- All women need to be 14 weeks or more before joining our class
- All mats, blocks, bolsters and other supplies are provided. You are always welcome and encouraged to bring an extra pillow if you need extra support.
- Lauren has over ten years of experience in teaching Pregnancy Yoga and is a mother of two lovely monkeys, now ages 11 and 14.
