This class caters for athletes, those with previous yoga experience, and all of you wishing for a stronger class focusing on alignment, breath and movement. Having trained in Vinyasa Yoga over 15 years ago with Stephanie Keach of the Asheville Yoga Centre, I’ve enjoyed watching the practice of Vinyasa blossom in Sligo. My aim in this class is to provide a breath based class that is safe, informative, and empowering.
